©루이스폴센 다이닝 테이블 위의 펜던트, 거실 한편의 플로어 램프. 우리가 일상에서 마주하는 근사한 조명 중 상당수의 출처는 덴마크다. 이곳에는 ‘빛의 섬(Islands of Light)’이라는 오랜 조명 전통이 있다. 천장등 하나로 공간 전체를 밝히는 대신 곳곳에 작은 빛의 영역을 두어 사람들을 자연스럽게 모으는 문화다.
